Can I buy without the management service?
Yes, if you wish to purchase an AI-Assisted Design website outright we can provide this without management, so you are only paying for generation and labour. However, we don't recommend this as you will need to manage the website yourself and we don't want you to miss out on the benefits of the management service. Most clients find the ongoing support invaluable for keeping their website current and secure.
What happens if I need more than 1 hour of development time per month?
We can add more development time to the management service for £50 per hour. This is useful for building custom bespoke features specific to your website. All of this is prepared in separate proposals with our development teams, ensuring you understand exactly what will be built and how much it will cost before any work begins.
What happens to my website if I cancel the management service?
Your website remains yours, and we can provide you with all the files and access you need to manage it independently. However, hosting, support, and maintenance would become your responsibility. We recommend discussing transition options with your account manager if you're considering this.
Can I change my plan from monthly to yearly (or vice versa)?
Absolutely! You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. When switching to yearly, you'll receive a pro-rated credit for any unused monthly payments and save £100 on your annual fee.
