A focused headless Shopify migration

We planned and delivered a coordinated move from WooCommerce and WordPress to a Shopify-based headless store. The build prioritised speed, clarity and an ecommerce experience that could be managed and improved over time.

The catalogue was remapped and imported with care, creating a cleaner structure for products, variants and future content around We Sell Lime's specialist knowledge.

Delivery requirements were a major part of the brief. We created custom tooling that allows the team to manage complex delivery matrices and support accurate ordering across the UK.
